The Little Pheasant Castle can be visited again from the 1st of May 2025.

The castle park is open daily from sunrise to sunset.

200 years ago, Inuit from icy Labrador on Canada's east coast set foot on Saxon soil for the first time. From June 2025, this historic encounter will be the focus of the special exhibition "Thin Ice - Inuit on Show".

Moritzburg Little Pheasant Castle

The Little Pheasant Castle is the last castle in Saxony that has been preserved in the original style of the late Dresden Rococo. On a meek footprint of 13.4 metres square, the architect Johann Daniel Schade succeeded in accommodating the entire court en miniature. Step into the paradise in a nutshell and be amazed.
