Hunted and caught in the surrounding forests and ponds, game and carp are the main ingredients in Moritzburg cuisine. That had already been the case in Augustus the Strong’s time.

In one of the pond houses you can find unique regional pottery items. The Frommhold Pottery is always worth the little detour.
